National Championship results

For the first year we only sent our Black belts to this level competition, this turned out to be a great decision as the heat and length of the competition took its toll on the athletes.

Congratulations to the following athletes who represented our club with the attitude our club is now well know for.

Outstanding performances from Joshua, Rayden and Bradley saw them compete kick for kick and narrowly lose to very experienced competitors.

Ricky achieved a Silver medal in the u/17 final, losing to a very strong internationally experienced athlete and achieved a Bronze medal in Open having to withdraw in the semi final due to a conflict in scheduling.

Ashleigh achieved a Bronze medal, losing to a very unorthodox athlete and will learn from the experience.

Our Junior athletes performed very well and will benefit from the experience in the future.

As your coach I could not be more proud of your achievements this year and I encourage you to continue to strive in every training session and reach your full potential - the skys the limit !
