Q & A's
What do I wear for my first lesson ?
You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a drink bottle of water.
What will I learn in my first class ?
During your class you will be introduced to basic Taekwondo skills, flexibility exercises and learn basic self defence.
How many times a week should I attend ?
We recommend two class per week as the ideal amount of practice. This provides sufficient time to obsorb new skills and advance fitness levels.
What are the costs involved ?
Costs vary a greatly dependant on which program the student attends, all new students attend a trial lesson and are given an information brochure regarding all costs at the conclusion of their first lesson.
This way an informed decision can be made regarding membership.
